J.Christian Bollwage Parking Garage

The garage has great rates plus plenty of space. Good place for those attending appointments at the DMV next door. I had to take a star off because what should be easy & quick is unnecessary complicated. You have to pay for the ticket first as there is no kiosk at the exit - fine no big deal but see the attached picture for reference. I inserted my credit card as instructed 3 times and it was unreadable. I tried with 2 other cards but the same result. Went to the office and then the officer asked to try again and next time it works. Maybe some secret? Why not just upgrade the kiosk at the exit and keep things simple? ::))

Extremely rude employees. Terrible at helping customers. Credit card system went down today and I didn't have cash. With cars backed up behind me , instead of doing what any business would do, saying sorry about that, and lifting the gate to keep things moving, this woman gave me an attitude, raised her voice and told me to go find an ATM. It's your (the business) faulty equipment making it so I can't pay, not mine, and somehow I'm (the customer) getting spoken to like a child. All over $5. In the end I had to have a friend leave work midday to come meet me with cash because she would not let me leave the parking deck. Terrible experience all around but of course it's the only place to park for the Union county courthouse, so ill have to go back again anyway just to go to work

I recently used the parking garage and was very impressed. The lot was clean and well-maintained, with clear signage making it easy to find my spot and navigate the area. I appreciated the ample spacing between parking lines, which made getting in and out of my car a breeze – no squeezing or worrying about dinging doors! The lighting was also excellent, making me feel safe and secure, even when returning to my car after dark. Overall, a very positive parking experience, and I would definitely use this lot again.

The parking lot is a little tight around the corners and there are a ridiculous number of blind spots. Another issue is that when it rains, water somehow gets into the elevators and they stop working. There are some significant design and structure flaws in this building. But hey when u are in a pinch this parking garage works.

I am not an expert in the area of Elizabeth but I walkee pass this at the church and had to take a photo. There sometimes is history we walk past everyday and never stop to take a look.
