Jeremy came out figured out the issue explained everything in very easy, decided to go with a brand new door so we didn’t have the same issues every year due to our garage door being 50 + years old. Jim called me the same day got everything started and Jeremy and his crew installed it the next day! Love the new look and it doesn’t sound like a tanker starting up when it opens. Highly recommend them for service!
