The suspension on our washer was totally shot and it was a full-day task to get a load of laundry through without the machine rocking itself out of balance and starting over. Mike was super friendly and knowledgeable and he had our washer fixed in no time flat. Answered all our questions, gave us some tips for our particular make and model, and now the washer runs like new. Can't recommend him highly enough!
