My experience has been amazing! Lenny, my sales guy has always answered me right away from the beginning up till this morning. Super knowledgeable and helpful. I picked out a green roof! My solar company was having an issue getting the permit and Lenny stayed in touch with me throughout the whole process. The crew was amazing. They finished in one day! They Protected my whole yard with tarp from roof pieces and nails, When they cleaned up, it was like no one was here My roof is gorgeous!!!! They replaced facia and soffit spots that were soft. The inspection came three days later. And Lenny came back the next day to do his own inspection and make sure that I was satisfied. So happy I chose this company

Highly recommend JCM Roofing and Restoration. They are honest reliable professional and ethical. They completed my whole roof in one day sending 13 people at 6:30 am to remove and replace my entire roof. They cleaned up afterwards and did a great job. My new roof had no damage from Hurricane Milton but my neighbors roofs are badly damaged. They came to inspect my roof one day after making the call to my insurance company about getting our roof inspected again since my area was hit hard by Hurricane Milton. They are also sending another person to inspect my interior to make sure nothing is wrong. Now who does that these days? They do !

I was in the process of moving to Deltona, and as people know buying a home can be stressful. Especially when the home you want to buy has a 20 year old roof and the mortgage company has a problem giving you a loan without homeowners insurance and you learn that in Florida no one insures a house with a 20 year old roof!
