JCT installed our whole house generator system. We are extremely pleased with the installation from the start to completion of the job. JCT was thoroughly professional, knowledgeable, and competent. All of our inquiries prior to purchasing the system were answered immediately. All of the JCT employees we spoke to were very courteous (sales/office/service technicians). The installation was seamless, we had no trouble passing our municipality inspections for plumbing, electrical, fire, etc. We would highly recommend JCT services !!

JCT Electric Inc. recently came out to install a generator for our home. They gave us the best estimate out of all the people we called. They were very efficient and knew exactly what they were doing. I definitely know who to call when I have a problem! Highly Recommended!!!!!

Through a simple misunderstanding in scheduling of work done, the receptionist at JCT Electric called me, yelled at me, refused to listen to my side of the story and then hung up on me. She was angry because she accidentally scheduled me for a large job that I never confirmed. Her manager was upset with her because they lost a day's work. So, due to this misunderstanding she called me and yelled at me. She used profanity and threatened me. Needless to say, it's extremely upsetting to be on the receiving end of such profanity and anger due to a simple misunderstanding. There are many options out there for quality electricians. Don't waste time with these people.
