Be warned he makes good money just telling people their washer isn’t worth fixing. It adds insult to injury when you have a problem with your washer(leaking but working fine), and can’t afford a new washer, and you have to pay someone $100 just to be told he doesn’t want to bother with it(what a great easy way to make money!). Then you have to pay someone else to get it fixed on top of that. He shouldn’t charge at all if he can’t fix it so that the customer has the money to pay another repair person. I will never hire him to fix any other appliance for fear he will just say “nope, can’t do it, that will be $100”. I didn’t change my customers if I couldn’t do the job they needed. That’s literally like stealing.

I had a great experience with J&D Appliance Repair LLC. My dryer broke during a busy week while I was in grad school at Rogers State, and they really helped me out. They showed up on time, fixed the problem quickly, and were super friendly. They made everything easy and stress-free. I’m really grateful for their help and highly recommend them!

Jeremy came out to diagnose and ordered the part for my oven on a Friday afternoon and had it repaired early Monday morning. This guy is amazing. I had been waiting for the same part from another company for over two weeks which they kept saying was on back order. Jeremy had it ordered,in hand and repaired in two days. Also helping me with my refrigerator issue. He explains everything and is so courteous and professional. 5 stars
