JD Family Vent Cleaning

Five stars! First off, Don the owner reached out to me immediately after a Facebook post where I was looking for a company to clean my vents and dryer. Don was extremely pleasant, not pushy at all, and listened to my concerns about thoroughly cleaning our vents because they were definitely contributing to my one year old daughter’s constant coughing. Don worked with my very hectic nursing schedule and we scheduled a date for his crew to come within 2 weeks of our phone conversation. Jesse and Rian were the crew who came today and they were outstanding guys. Polite, friendly, personable, I could go on and on about what standup young men they were. After years of contracting three companies to clean my dryer duct, I ALWAYS ended up with the same result, things were okay for a few weeks, and it was always the same old story! Dryer would take three cycles to dry fully. I even bought a new dryer because I believed the technician. Paid hundreds of dollars and today I found out why. Anyway, finally I found this company, thank God! Attached are the photos that could have caused me a house fire!!!! They identified the issue immediately……. My ducts were never really cleaned, especially at the highest point, through my attack. I would highly recommend! They were extremely pleasant and kind. They took their time cleaning out my vent! They explained what they were going to do. Overall fantastic service. I am extremely pleased. Seems like I have a new dryer!

The crew came out to clean and sanitize my vents. They were thorough, professional & polite. They even went as far as the vacuum almost my entire house, not just where they cleaned the vents. Will be suggesting them to those who look for recommendations in the future.
