JD Garage Doors

I recently hired JD Garage doors to repair my garage door, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I called, their customer service was friendly, responsive, and helpful. They were able to schedule a visit quickly, and the technician arrived right on time, which I really appreciated. 🙏🏽🤩

Juan just fixed my garage door in less than an hour after I called him, for 10% of the LOWEST quote I received from another highly rated business. He immediately realized that the bracket had popped out of the door because the lock was engaged!! Another tech said we needed a whole new system and even tried to recommend a new door! THANK YOU JUAN! He could’ve easily pretended to agree with them and scam me into thinking I needed to invest in a new system as well, but he clearly has integrity and pride in his work.

I do not recommend this company, or at least the installer for my garage door springs. Initial low price but blatant upselling to inflate the cost. I was told specific parts had cracks (they didn't) and needed replaced. The finished job had the door raising unevenly. They came back days later after multiple calls. Their repair didn't solve the problem and blamed it on my opener. After they left I did a youtube search and was able to fix their poor installation in just a few minutes. My advice is to stay away.
