James was very knowledgeable when it came to resolving our low water pressure issue. He was able to guide us to a pressurized water system that best fit our needs and resolved the issue in our home. He was professional and polite; he was also neat and tidy when cleaning up. His prices were very fair. I highly recommend hiring him. He does outstanding work and I would definitely call him again.

Jim did an excellent job installing our new tankless water heater. He was very professional, a great communicator, and extremely proactive from start to finish. He kept us informed, explained what he was doing, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. He made our install stress-free. I would highly recommend and will use him again and again!!

I'm in Greentown, PA. My 25 yr old heating system was killing me on electric when it was freezing or below; almost 1K bill for a month. I called a few HVAC places couldnt come out or weren't open weekends! Saw J D Lee HVAC who had a 5 star rating & called. He made the time to come out the next day & diagnose the system issues & our needs. We decided a new efficient heat pump w propane auxiliary was the way to go. We gave the house key to Jim, went home, signed the contract w him on line. Had to wait for gas company to schedule a tank drop-off & Jim scheduled the new system install & coordinated w gas company. Outstanding service. Called on a Saturday, he responded immediately (while having breakfast with his family) assessed the issue with our water heater, arrived on Sunday on time as promised and removed old and installed new and cleanup after themselves. Strongly recommended.

Jim was super honest and professional. Plus he was a joy to work with. He really knew his stuff and talked us through what his plan was before he started. He consulted us to make sure he was doing the job to our expectations. Our new boiler is just what our house needed and I'm very pleased with Jim's work.
