This past year, our Home Owners Association consisting of 43 townhouses approximately 40 years old was very fortunate to find J&D and the Project Manager, Manny. Manny and his crews handled a complex set of siding repairs with professional work. This was all done with a very reasonable cost. We look forward to having J&D back in 2024 for another phase of renovations.

We had J&D Siding Construction replace Masonite siding with HardiPlank on one side of our house. They also replaced problem spots with Hardi elsewhere on the house. Additionally, the whole house was painted (exterior), and new shutters were installed. The quality of the finished work is outstanding. Manny, our project manager, and his crew were meticulous in their work, not just the painting, but important surface prep, like caulking and priming. Manny was on-site everyday to answer questions and followup on work done. He is very knowledgeable with excellent recommendations from start through finish. Manny and his crew are honest and hardworking professionals. They provide good quality work with good value and complete in a timely manner. They have helped me with painting the siding, shutters, caulking around the windows and rebuilt a column in the front porch. I won’t hesitate to use them again for future projects and will recommend them to others without hesitation.

Excellent communication and doing the work as promised are 2 things to be valued more than anything else with a service company and J&D impressed my wife and I with both. They were hard working, stayed late when needed and most importantly, did quality work. We had windows, siding, soffits, fascia and trim installed and it looks fantastic. We had our siding replaced by J&D. They provided a great product with excellent service. Manny promptly answered all my questions throughout the process, the crew worked hard and our house looks amazing. We will be returning customers when we tackle replacing our windows in a few years.
