Communications were terrible. The guy who runs this place is so very emotionally triggered over basic questions. He started ranting about politics for no reason. Made it pretty clear he doesn’t like conservatives, so not sure why I needed to know that. Take your business elsewhere, a very triggered liberal runs this place.
I cannot say enough amazing things about our experience at J.D. Staron. Kristeen was a pleasure to work with, and went above and beyond. You honestly don't find customer service like that any more. We could not have been happier. I highly recommend J.D. Staron for all your rug and carpet needs.
