Jayson handled our home inspection in a quick, efficient and professional manor! We had a last minute issue within 3 days of our settlement of our house and had to have an inspection/evaluation approval for the lender in less than 24 hours. I called him after hours, and he had no issue with coming out the same night. After he completed the job, our bill was minimal and even though he could have charged us an arm/leg due to our desperate position he was fair. I am recommending him to everyone we know.

Jason did a great job in finding my leaking in my rental house. A roofer had come out and just took a look and threw up some caulking and left. Jason reviewed the big picture and came up with a plan. He even did the water test after the work was done to make sure the leak was fixed. Then the next year when I sold the house and the inspection came back with some foundation related tasks in the 1800's house. Jason did a great job to get the work done in a prompt timing to meet my closing. His team always shows up on time and are very respectful of the property. As we all know scheduling and get the job done in such a professional matter is very important. I am planning on using him again for additional repairs to my personal residence.

If I could give them less than a zero!!! Jayson and team was hired to remold my kitchen. Within months the brand new cabinets are falling off the wall. The closet doors are hanging. And he had 3 attempts to fix his errors and still I had to hire someone else to fix it. They did not refund nor call me back. Take them to court!!! I WON my money back. They were successful on the first attempt. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS INCOMPETENT TEAM.

I set up an appointment a week in advance. The day of my appointment after waiting a half an hour, I called and got sorry I was busy with something else during the week, can we set something up next week? I guess they think their schedule is more important then the customer schedule. If your going to be a no show at least have the courtesy to call and let the customer know.

Blake & Sons Contracting did the waterproofing of my basement. They were professional from start to finish and I highly recommend Jayson and his crew for all of your home improvement needs.
