After 25 years, my sprinkler control box (in the ground) gave out. I needed a new PVC manifold and valves wired in for 5 zones. I called several places. JDR was the only one to pick up the phone and talk to me. I explained my need and they scheduled a visit for an estimate for two days out. Joe came out and reviewed everything promptly and provided an emailed estimate on the spot. I accepted the quote for proposed work and was able to get an appointment for a week later. I saw all of the good reviews, but everything went better than I could have hoped for. Cody and Alex arrived 5 minutes before my appointment time. My appointment was 9-10 and they showed up exactly at 9. I thought I would have time to finish my burrito!! I had a leak in my sprinkle system and they showed me what caused it and gave me some options. I felt the pricing was fair and they set my sprinkler timer for me after mentioning I had no idea how to work it. The two guys (the owner and someone else I forgot the name of - apologies!!) were the nicest people I could have interacted with too! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!! If the owner reads this, I left before getting on the schedule to blowout my sprinklers in October. Can you set me for any availability in that month and I will make it work! Thank you!
