JDS did an amazing job installing several mini split units in some tiny houses I was working on! The employees are very professional and efficient. They show up on time and clean up when they finish the job! Highly recommend!!

David, the owner of JDS was working on my new build with our builder, after flooding over the Memorial Day floods. We got rid of builder for improper management of build and funds, poor workmanship & no supervision of employees. Although David did get paid he would only finish out installation if I paid an up charge of 7k plus. In addition, quote for 16 SEER Trane equipment was given. After having several issues with our unit( paying thousands more to fix)and calibrating the units we realized he installed an inferior product giving us 14SEER. David cons people when no one is looking and when you are not knowledgeable enough to realize what he is doing. Overall unprofessional, Poor workmanship, didn’t deliver and over charged.

I don’t normally write reviews. But I feel I need to let others know what they are getting into if they ever hire this company. I intended to use them for a warranty repair on my mini split. First, they didn’t come on the agreed date (completely forgot). So I thought no problem, mistakes happen and agreed to another appointment. On the second appointment, they showed up removed my unit to get a replacement one. Evidently, the manufacturer didn’t have any in stock. You would think they would check inventory prior to making my appointment. But what was more offensive, they had the audacity of requesting that I pay $450 to install my old unit back.
