JD's Parkland Swimming Pools

In South Florida there are MANY pool builders. When we decided to build our dream backyard oasis, we requested proposal from 5 contractors. We wanted deck, pool, waterfall, fence, trees and turf. They all came back with competitive price. The reason we selected JD Professional was twofold. 1) We were amazed by his craftsmanship; saw his work at a friend's house and it was spectacular. Jonathan also invited us to his home to see his own backyard oasis (pool, outdoor kitchen, waterfall, etc) 2) He was the only pool builder of 5 that agreed to own it all. Other contractors wanted us to deal with a different vendor for the fence, the turf, the landscaping, etc. Jonathan made the project 100% stress free and he made my backyard look like a resort

Jonathan is a nice guy and does good work but once the job is done you will never hear from him again. If anything breaks or doesn’t work you are on your own. We bought a pool heater and less than one year later after just two uses it broke. I texted with him for six weeks. He kept saying he would show them finally stopped answering my texts and messages. He had also done a led light in our spa that no longer works but we can’t get him to fix that either. Use them at your own risk.

We are so happy with the work JD have done at our home! Very efficient, clean, great attention to detail, everyone was nice, respectful, and responsive. We are so grateful for this team and how attentive they were to all our requests, very considerate and focused on customer’s satisfaction. We used JD Professional to do a backyard renovation that included replacing pavers with travertine, new pool finish, Sun shelf with bubblers, shear wall with lighting, pergola over outdoor bar, adding stone to bar and new lighting and overhauling an existing fountain. They were fantastic to work with from start to finish and delivered an end product that we are extremely happy about. Any time we had questions or ideas, Jonathan was personally there to give us his opinion or answer our questions. Would highly recommend them!
