I have used them for myself (drainage problem) & for my son (water heater replacement). Making and scheduling appointments were very easy and appointments made in appropriate timeframe. When technician came to my home, he was friendly and explained the services needed and approximate cost before starting the work. He did an excellent job. At my son’s home, the technician replaced the water heater in a timely manner and was very courteous to my son and daughter in law. I would highly recommend JD’s.

It is so comforting to have a dependable company I can call whenever I have a plumbing or HVAC issue. JD’s has responded professionally, honestly and graciously every time. Most recently in mid-summer when my 23 yr. old AC unit went out during a heat wave. They had my house cool again in no time. And most importantly to me, they didn’t go straight to replacement despite the age of the unit. When it was determined that that was the solution, they gave me a fair price and quickly had the job done. I’ll never call anyone else.

I will never recommend this company to my enemies. They have some good employees but have very bad business practices. I called them to tell them about two outside faucets that were leaking. I told them that I had called a previous plumber who told me that both faucets needed to be replaced. But I wanted a second opinion about one of the faucets as I was able to fix one by tightening it by myself. They said they would send someone to come take a look at this. Two nice guys came the next day, looked at the faucet for 5 minutes, said that the faucet was better replaced, and left. I told them that I had home warranty insurance but they declined this. No one talked about a service call fee. Not on the phone and not in person. I later got a bill for $110 for a service call fee. I told them that

He did my Central heating to transfer it to propane and was quick and didn't give me the runs around like the previous plumber did, that's exactly what I needed, great work! Very professional and nice. Would refer his service to anyone. God bless JD company .🙏 🙌

JD's Prompt Plumbing has provided my plumbing and A/C needs for the past 10 or more years. I've watched his business grow over the years. I have always received excellent service from him and at times I believe he has gone above and beyond expectations.
