Our water pump broke Thursday evening... before Easter weekend. Marks Well Drilling responded promptly to my call Friday morning and had us patched up on Friday afternoon, so we could have water for the weekend. Then they arrived two hours before scheduled on Tuesday to replace our pump. Great service and great results!
Completely dishonest in his approach to my dilemma. He told me I needed a new well and would have to tear out the floors in the bedrooms to dig out the dirt underneath to make room for repairs. RIDICULOUS!! I called a reputable service who diagnosed the problem as what I had thought it was--a leak in one of the holding pressure tanks. A rather simple and not super costly repair. The level of his attempt to mislead me is astonishing. He needs to retire completely. Call someone else, anyone else.
Marks Well Drilling responded quickly. Jeff is extremely knowledgeable, honest and fair. He fully explained the issues and repair was was made promptly.
Jeff is a great dude and will walk you through the whole process of checking out your well! I always appreciate him coming out when I bother him!
