J&E really saved us after that big snowstorm in January. We woke up that morning with no heat and our home was already very cold. We called several companies and due to our heater being from an international company, many places told us they couldn’t help us. J&E moved us to the top of their list and the crew worked very hard and tirelessly to help us troubleshoot the problem. They were communicative throughout the process and their pricing was more than fair for all time and labor involved. Could not recommend a better company to have with any heating issues you may be having.

initial conversation with clients need to be more accurate. No potential client would appreciate being manipulated in paying a service charge that wasn’t communicated PRIOR said service: I have asked 3 seperate occasions on if there was a charge to be paid for an inspection. At no point, a TIME LIMIT was discussed verball or written. After technician Jerry spent around 30 minutes to inspect my rads and valves( just a quick look for pitch angle no instruments used, & open/close valves). I ask again “r u sure that there is no service charge for this inspection?” he said “no worries i will have my front desk reach out for the ESTIMATE of repair”. Next morning to my surprise i get an invoice for sevice being over an hour. Even after being dissatisfied i am forced to pay. We have some good

Called this company to repair my oil boiler was not getting heat on 2nd floor, gentleman by the nam John, courteous, friendly showed up explained the work he done referred company's electrical plumber Ed. Ed made two appointments no show call or text until I reached out first time to call him then he sent an apologetic text with a very lame excuse. Second, time (this past Tuesday) I called the office to explain spoke to Donna, who so very Quickly without explanation she was transferring the call to John. I then very shortly after speaking to John received a text from Ed, he Locked his phone in his car couldn't reach out to me to cancel appointment. Upon speaking to the owner, Rob, who apologized for the electrician not showing due to his hectic schedule..apology accepted & life happens. I

We had an issue with our gas steam heat furnace and it was an emergency. Jimmy called us back and explained what we could do ourselves but since we were away and our son was home, he came over and took care of the issue in the next hour. Great service and great work!

I was having the hardest time finding a plumber to come and install my shower rough in - I finally called J&E plumbing and they sent John out to my parents house - not only did he do great woe but he explained everything he did and made everyone feel really comfortable with the work he did. I highly recommend J&E plumbing and I will definitely be using them moving forward in the future.
