Wow its just sooo crazy how our town really feeds off their people. Like I’ve literally received 5 tickets within 5 days, i thought the hours of parking authority office would be the same hours for collecting money. Now, since i rent a room they gave me a letter saying i do live in the home temporarily. I cannot obtain a permit as per the parking authority—sooo thats 1.20 every 2 hours M-Sat — then 8-6pm && i still have to pay these 5 tickets of $30.00 each !!! Residents need to research the ticket process and compare and contrast the rules and regulations with other similar cities (for example, South Amboy). Do you see a parking authority walking around giving out tickets? Never. This is the "City by the Bay" (Raritan Bay) the super contaminated Bay. Yup. The City that displays a total disregard for fair play when the meter runs out of money and, even though you are a resident, they still give you a ticket. Why? what law is violated? why give out so many tickets? Fighting a ticket in Perth Amboy isn’t easy. It will cost you a day of work, plus court fees. Unless you have family or friends working for the police or the City. Then the ticket never happened (wink wink).

They need start doing there job. The parking guy was fliriting with a woman I ask him those car been park here for the longer and I have to park in some one garage driveway if he doing anything and he just drove way. Thank park authority my tax money is working just fine.

This people are horrible I being living on the same place for years i have a parking permit and they still putting me tickets why one and only one razon they to lazy for go around the car and see the sticker so that keep me going to the same place to fight with then is incredible so bad r the trainers of this people...how u can have someone that can't even do the jobs right

Vivo en Madison tenía permiso de parqueo por más de 6 años y cuando me toca renovar la nueva administración me dicen que no pueden darme permiso para parquearme la solución que me dan es pagar para parquearme en su parqueo o poner dinero el dia entero , nuevo método para que la ciudad se quede con nuestro dinero 👎
