Jeff's Hardwood Floors promised to stand behind his work. So I paid him before the job was dry and could walk on the area to inspect the finish product. I requested him to repair some drips on the handrails and he replied that he would return a week from Monday. Monday came and he requested to come on Friday. Friday came and he said he couldn't come then either. Then all communications were not responded to. This was a hardship because I live about 4 Hours away from the job. I also noticed some spots on the floor that I found had some small pebbles in the finish which I hoped to have remedied at the same time. After I tried to call several times with no response. I texted him many times with no success. In addition to not returning they damaged my new house closet door with the sanded.
Would give a zero if I could. Lacks professionalism and integrity.
