Called for service repair on a toyotomi heater that was installed by Jeff about 2 years ago.Unit had a lighting strike and needed the mother board replaced. Scheduled an appointment which was more than 3 weeks away. On appointment day , got a call 20 minutes after appointment time and was told he was on an emergency call and had to go to the shop for part(if he had it ) received a second call from them saying the part was on back order and another appointment wasn't available for another month.When the unit was originally installed Jeff left a valve open and keroscene was leaking into my house and on my carpet.Very poor servious and would not recomend this company

Jeff was knowledgeable, patient, kind and got my heaters working after the oil company missed a delivery and our tank ran out. 5 stars all the way. Thanks again Jeff for your help!

Jeff has serviced my keep heater twice now and has always been super honest. He does a great job at a fair price and knows these heaters inside and out. Paula at the front desk is beyond nice and helpful. I drive an hour and a half one way to have him service my heater and worth the drive. I would highly recommend Jeff's K1.

Jeff installed a new furnace for us and not only did he do it in what I imagine was record breaking time, he also did it at a very fair price. Shortly after the installation we had an issue with noise and Jeff made it a priority to get right over to address it. He made sure everything was right and at no additional cost to us. I will continue to use him for all of our services in the future and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable contractor! Thanks again!
