I had such a great experience with Jeff’s Pool and Spa Service, especially with Travis! My initial call to the office was later in the afternoon and I was told I’d receive a call back the next day. I was thinking my salt converter cell had gone bad and would need to be replaced. To my surprise, someone reached out that evening and got me on the schedule within two days. Even better — the next day I got a call saying a technician was already on the way! Travis arrived promptly (just 15 minutes after calling), was professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and took his time explaining everything clearly. I’m buying a property site unseen. I was referred to this company by my agent who said I need to get a pool inspection (I’ll be taking it up with her too) they reassured I was in great hands and they’ve been in business for over 25 years and they’re great and thorough…😑 the day they came out to inspect-I had no idea they even came out. I didn’t receive an email or a follow up phone call whatsoeverup. Not only that but after reading the inspection all the language on their inspection report basically says they don’t stand behind their inspection. I basically paid $300 for a piece of toilet paper.
