Jeff's Shower Repair

Jeff is superb! He is very conscientious about the cleanliness of our home and carefully placed tarps in the main area from the bathroom to the front door. He explained every step along the way so we understood what to expect. No surprises; he even tolerated my sense of humor, which can come off somewhat "snarky" - but he can dish it right back. Although his estimate came in slightly higher than the others, the quality of work and materials we were happy we followed our gut! With Jeff we knew all was inclusive, some estimates had undefined items and probably would have come in higher than his. We are so enjoying our new walk-in shower, with the new clear coating on the inside of the glass that does NOT require inside squidgy. We LOVE-IT!

We heard great reviews about this business. I called and texted many times but got very few responses back. I gave Jeff plenty of available times to come. He just never called or anything. He texted me the last time and said he would come over on a Monday night. He didn't show or call or text. Never heard from him again. I don't know if he just doesn't like to work or if he lacks a good work ethic or what. I would not recommend him. I will tell others (like I am doing right now) not to waste time contacting him.
