After the 2nd contractor neglected to finish the job, JEM Home Repair came in and completed the job without fail. Their timeliness, expert knowledge, and efficiency was much appreciated.

JEM Home Repair is amazing. They are fair and honest and very dependable. Their work is solid and if something is beyond their scope they let you know. This past week we had a huge leak in our drainpipe under our bathtub. Erica and Mike came out right when we called (on a holiday weekend) assessed the problem, and even coordinated a plumber for us (at my request because we are out of town) and met the plumber at our property. The repair happened same day and our house was left in perfect condition.

This team responds quickly. Gets the work done in a timely manner. Their work is very good. They communicate with the client. They have fair and reasonable prices. I am so fortunate I was able to have a friend introduce me to Michael and Erica. I will be using Jem home repair and lawn care in the future again. JEM Home Repair LLC has now completed another phase of work for me on my 1930's home. I am very pleased with the completed project on this phase. JEM handles all of our repairs for our vacation rental. They do quality work, and are very accommodating. They have helped with numerous repairs on our place, even squeezing in repairs between guests with same day turnovers. Thank you guys so much!
