I paid over $6,000 for this company to landscape my plaza, and within just a month, everything was dead. What’s worse than the poor quality of their work is their complete lack of professionalism. Despite countless attempts to contact them, they ignored my calls, made empty promises to “call back,” and never followed up. This company has no accountability and no respect for its customers. I trusted them with a major investment, and they not only failed to deliver but also refused to stand by their work. If you value your money, your property, and your peace of mind, stay far away from this company.

From start to finish, I could not have been more pleased with the job. I had my entire backyard transformed. New grass, plants, sea shell edging, mulch and a lot of plant/hedge trimming. Three days with a crew that knew what they were doing. 9/2023 update: company was sold. Not nearly as good since the change. Changing services.

We just wrapped up a residential project with JEM Landscaping. Bryan was our project manager, and I could not have been more pleased. He was always in communication with us throughout the project. He went above and beyond and coordinated with the irrigation company to make sure that all of our new plants and sod were covered thoroughly. He offered expert advice on the type of plants we should put and where they would show to best advantage. We have a very large yard and plan on continuing with them in the future. I recommend them highly.

Shoutout to J.E.M Landscaping and Complete Grounds Maintenance for solid work. They removed the old ugly stones/siding, replaced with more clean modern look, new mulch, and low maintenance plants (I’m no gardener). Fair prices, quick work, highly recommend!

Wish I could give no stars. This company uses machines too big for small yard. Digs ruts everywhere. Refuses to trim my bushes. I ask them every week and they reply ok after lunch. When we get finished ect… Then they leave and don’t do it. They are paid to edge and weed but that never gets done either. Stay away from this company!!!!
