Once I found Jemco I took back everything bad I ever said about oil delivery and heating companies. They’re a refreshing exception to the industry standard. Knowledgeable technicians, great customer service, no attitudes, reliable service, and reasonable prices. For the first time in 10 years of using them I needed emergency service and Cole came by at 3am, and he had me back up and running in 30 min. Highly recommended. Keep up the good work.

I was a customer for several years and everything was great until I received an unauthorized charge of $504.50 for oil that was never delivered. Upon speaking to Mike about the incident not only did he deny the charge but also showed a lack of compassion, spoke in a disrespectful manner, and demonstrated poor customer service. Eventually the charge was reversed but the way things were handled led to the loss of a customer.

They are horrible they sold us a defective oil tank and asked about replacing it they gave us the run around when the tank is under warranty horrible service

Excellent service. Had a problem at night and they were here in 30 minutes.

Jemco changed my boiler , I can not say enough good things about them, highly recommended!
