Jemson Renovations and Design

Unfortunately, I have to strongly advise against doing business with this company. What we were told would take about 6 weeks turned into a 19-week long kitchen cabinet fiasco. The unexplained delays were frustrating to say the least. But that’s even not the reason for this review. Delays I can understand. What I cannot understand was this company’s complete lack of professionalism. They dodged our calls and e-mails until we finally turned up at their showroom for information about our order. Then when the order was finally delivered, a significant design flaw was discovered and immediately halted the project. Jemson was reluctant to take responsibility for the issue, and one staff member even went as far as to try to pass the mistake off onto us, saying our kitchen measurements were wrong

Would not recommend this company to anyone. Was estimated 4-6 weeks to get kitchen cabinets, after about 8 weeks I tried contacting them to get an estimate on delivery but could not get anyone to answer. After multiple voicemails and emails left over 4-5 days, I ended up driving to their store to get an answer. There were multiple additional delays with really no explanation. Cabinets delivered after about 4 months. The original design was flawed so they had to reorder some of cabinets and I had to reconfigure the design. The re-ordered cabinets were done in a different color so they had reorder again. Jemson made a pretty simple kitchen renovation incredibly frustrating, save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

We are totally pleased with our new kitchen! The final product is even more than we could have imagined. It was a pleasure to work with our Jemson designer, Sue Felizzi. Sue got to know us, and what was important to us became important to her. She was available to answer many questions and help with our design selections. When challenges came up, she was right there to walk us through them. Her many years of experience in this industry give her a wealth of knowledge that few designers have. We highly recommend her services and also Jemson… what a great team!

We recently completed a full kitchen remodel with Jemson and I could not be happier. Everyone at the company was great to work with, and they managed all aspects of the remodeling process from beginning to end. The kitchen turned out beautifully and I receive many compliments from family and friends. This is my second kitchen remodel with Jemson and I would definitely recommend them. They offer quality products and many design choices. All work was completed on time and the workmanship and attention to detail were excellent. The whole team was very professional, helpful, and responsive.

What an awesome experience!! They remodeled our kitchen, including new cabinets, sink, countertops, and tile backsplash. All cabinets were replaced, the sink was moved and updated, and additional countertop space was added. Our kitchen is small, but Dave and his team helped us maximize the space we had while creating an updated look. He and the crew were outstanding in all respects. Their attention to detail, pace of the project, competitive pricing, and professionalism were stellar. My wife and I couldn't be happier with everything! We would highly recommend Jemson Cabinetry to anyone looking to remodel.
