Our tankless water heater was not installed properly on our brand new home. The Plumber left the condensate drain cap on the unit - it was left on there for over a year. Obviously, a condensate drain pipe was never installed on the unit. I can excuse not installing a drain pipe, but leaving a cap on the drain? That is inexcusable. The water had nowhere to go. It's been building up in the unit and spitting out the exhaust port. Will this impact the lifespan of the water heater? I don't know. This is a big let down. I will be using a new Plumber and I will not recommend Jenkins to anybody.

If I could give zero stars I would. Rudest customer service i have ever experienced. Called at 0500 for an emergency. 5 hours layer they call me and say no one is available, then hang up. Find another plumber. Preferred Plumbing is a decent company, there customer service is top notch.

Just moved into a new build that Jenkins apparently handled the plumbing. Shower wouldn’t drain during inspection…apparently fixed. After 3 days in the house it’s clearly not fixed. Then the fun begins…called the number and the woman at Jenkins couldn’t have been less customer friendly. Shocking how these companies put such socially inept humans in positions of dealing with the public. I’m sure they’ll fix the drain but this post is more about customer service.

The one star reviews are accurate. Someone mentioned it looked like a "middleschooler" did the job.....yep. I got that kind of service as well, rude too. But hey they're cheap compared to most others so no wonder homebuilders go with them. Tale as old as time. Cheap work ain't good, and good work ain't cheap.

Unfortunately, we have to deal with this company with our plumbing mishaps bc the warranty on my new build house ( Homecoming) only covers them to fix and resolve issues. Worst plumbing company I have seen; hide things and the issues continue visit after visit and will continuously blame the homeowner for everything that happens. It’s been two weeks and still are dealing with toilet leaking through the subfloor. Look elsewhere! The reviews couldn’t be more accurate. Our person of contact is Randy, question the integrity.
