The team at Jenkins Restorations took care of me from start to finish after I having a major water flood in my home. The flood effected 3 levels of my home. To top it off my heat went out during the process. The team worked through the coldest days. They showed up on time, never complained and even went out of their way to make me happy every step of the way. They even fixed and repaired items that needed to be fixed to make sure the work wasn't just done the way it was before but to make it look and feel better. You see I purchased my row house almost 2 years ago and the work that was done before my purchased was just to be pleasing to the eye of a buyer not taken into account that the work was less than standard. They covered up flooring with cheap materials never removing damaged origin

We had a water leak in our masters shower which caused water damage to our formal living room, affecting the drywall, flooring, and ceiling. Jenkins Restoration was charged with completing the repairs. The entire team, especially GC John, Project Manager Yuri and lead technician Jose and numerous co-workers, were great throughout the whole process. They were professional, punctual, and highly skilled. They clearly explained every step, involving the final repairs and repainting. What impressed us most: • Communication: John & Yuri kept us informed daily, managing all the logistics and even assisting with our insurance claim. • Quality of Work: The reconstruction crew did an incredible job with the drywall repair and repainting. The finished walls look seamless, and they perfectly match

Our family is so thankful that we went with Jenkins flooring for our home. Once we started working with Jenkins the process was smooth and easy to pick out a new floor and while asking questions about the floor removal and installation. The crew took extra consideration into their progress to ensure we’d be able to stay at home instead of a hotel, and they even worked a Saturday (without us asking) to get ahead, resulting in our flooring being done by Thanksgiving. Any details we were unsure of they went out of their way to fix it and they are extremely thorough in their workmanship. Lastly, what made this a truly great experience was how helpful and kind the crew was and our representatives, Chuck and John, who helped give us advice along the way. Thank you Jenkins!
