Jenkins Restorations

The communication between Sedgwick Repair Solutions and Jenkins Restorations was lacking. I received a call from Sedgwick Repair Solutions at 9 on 2/21 and was told I would be receiving a call from Jenkins Restorations soon. I did not receive that call until close to 1:00 p.m. on 2/22. At that point we got the service we needed. Aidan Wiley made it to our home late Sunday afternoon with the equipment needed to dry out the area in the kitchen that was wet. Aidan was wonderful. He was very nice. He listened to our concerns and answered all of our questions. He was very knowledgeable. He checked for moisture throughout our kitchen. He came back Monday to check on the wet areas. They weren't dry, so the equipment stayed until Tuesday the 24th. We now have a dry kitchen. Aidan was very respec

We had a major washing machine leak that went thru several walls and rooms in our house. It even went out the front of our home. We were very devastated. We contacted Jenkins restoration because we had to used them before on another project successfully. They send out Aidan Wiley as our water mitigation technician. Mr. Wiley is highly experienced and pays a lot of attention to detail. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and explained every step of the water cleanup process to us. Sometimes twice if we needed it. He checked on us daily during the extraction period until everything was dried out. He is truly a great worker and human and we feel blessed to have gotten him. We recently had our water heater break which required water mitigation services and Aidan was out first thing the next morning to start the process. He was communicative and extremely helpful throughout! His colleague, Bolivar, came out today (12/27) as well and he was also fantastic. Would highly recommend both them and Jenkins Restoration for any restoration services!

Aiden Wiley and his crew did a great job when my dishwasher flooded my kitchen. He kept me up to date, gave me great information, and ensured the job was done. I would use Jenkins again because of him, and absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for remediation.
