Jennings Oil and Propane

I called and spoke to the office staff and an appointment was made to inspect my oil tank prior to delivering. I found this very comforting and professional. The service was prompt, accurate, and pricing was on point. I would highly recommend Jennings Oil.

I really appreciate Jennings delivering on a Saturday to be sure we got our oil before a big storm. I called for delivery Friday, they said delivery would be Monday/Tuesday. Then heard of a big snow storm coming in, and was worried about the being able to deliver given my bad steep driveway. Was surprised and happy when they showed up to deliver on Saturday so we have plenty of heating oil for the storm!

I've had Jennings oil maintenance plan for ages but never really had much chance to use it. Then, at the end of 2025 the boiler stopped working and the entire house was freezing. Called Jennings in the morning, the technician showed up before noon, expertly diagnosed the issue and fixed the broken part. Great workmanship and allowed us to have a warm Christmas. On the rare occasions I’ve needed a service call, their response has been prompt and professional—every technician I’ve interacted with has been excellent. Best of all, they’re still a locally owned family business, which makes supporting them even more worthwhile.

One of my pet peeves is service providers plastering huge stickers across equipment they don't own. We've used Jennings for years and there are no stickers. They don't need them--their professionalism speaks for itself. A very well-run company that has been a pleasure to deal with, from the service department to the field techs to the delivery team. Posting this unsolicited review to help others who may be looking for a really great oil & propane company.
