Wouldn’t even give her a star. She does horrible work, acts like she knows what she is talking about, but definitely does not. Her work is substandard and sloppy. Ghosts you and won’t return calls. We had a retaining wall placed by her in October for close to $30,000 and have had nothing, but issues with it since then. I have been telling her since March and she basically ghosts me and won’t reply. When I mentioned an attorney to hopefully get her moving on fixing my wall she gaslit me and started telling me I wanted everything for free. No, I’d like you to come fix my wall and 2 “French drains” properly. Her communication skills are horrible and she promises all these things & then never follows thru. Go elsewhere.
