SUCH LIARS. The credit card company has not found in your favor. I never complained that your flimsy poorly designed screen didn’t fit. I complained about the nature of your failed design and your complete inability to properly install your own product. The measurements are very knowable, provable and remain unchanged. You have NEVER visited our property. You laughed at your poor rookie installer Mike for his “ignorance and in experience” - your characterization - not mine. I have been a successful contractor for 30 years and have been licensed in many states and jurisdictions. I have never dealt with such an obvious sad case of the Dunning Kruger Effect. Pool cage destroyed by hurricane. White Aluminum of Fort Myers did an exceptional job with building new enclosure. Time to start was lengthy due to backlog from storm, but once started they completed in 3 days. Superior workmanship and quality Well worth the wait. Very happy with results.

The quality of the shutters is good, the installers were good except they didn't fill the holes from my old shutter frames as promised. Their area manager Naveen is nonresponsive and rude. I was charged for using my credit card after saying I could change my mind about them putting the charge through. THEY were in a hurry to get paid, then charged ME a fee to expedite their payment. After I decided to mail a check instead (within an hour) nobody responded (Maria in their office) until the next day and said it was too late. Naveen was too cowardly to call me, but when I reached him, he threatened to sue me if I reversed the charge on my card. They still haven't shown up to fill in the holes in my stucco!!! Needed to replace a broken block & tackle balance on a single hung window. I Called Jensen Beach Aluminum and spoke to Brad, who suggested I bring the broken balance in so he could look at it. He instructed me on the removal, which went smoothly. I Brought in the balance, and met with Brad, who measured it and showed me the exact replacement in his book. Ordered two new balances, which came in within the week. Price was very reasonable. Brad instructed me on the replacement of the balances and sash, which went smooth. This saved me a service call and $$$. The company was very helpful and professional. Despite being a small potatoes customer, the service I received was exceptional. Highly recommend.
