​I hired Jenson Fencing to complete a privacy fence project, which included tying it into the sides of my house and installing a driveway gate. The job took nearly a week, and the quality of the "finished" product was unacceptable. ​The crew left behind significant issues, including: ​Sections of fence not properly secured to the posts. ​Numerous split planks. ​Exposed, sharp screw tips protruding from the wood. ​The wrong type of hinges on the gate, and no mechanism to lock or secure it. ​A major 2\text{x}4 gap left visible in a corner of the privacy fence. ​The owner came out and made some minor improvements, but the critical 2\text{x}4 gap was left unresolved.
