Customer service is rude! Patty answered the phone i told her what i was looking for she didn't even tell me to "please hold" just transferred me. Then the sales lady I spoke with gave me the prices, When i say thank you very much she just hangs up on me. Piece of advice if you can't handle being nice find another profession! I called the San Bernardo branch I can't speak for other branches.

ok, I understand. Summer heat, Cal OSHA says if working outside... yet if one is trying to get a product in the yard, why should a customer have to look for someone to help. Is it not customary for an employee to meet and greet the customer​ as part of their job?
