Dan came out within about 20 minutes of my call for a leak. Our house requires lots of problem solving skills, which he had no problem figuring out. He made a couple suggestions that we didnt even know were possible, which made our lives so much easier! Customer service was above and beyond. Good rates, no complaints. This will definitely be who we will be using from now on.

We reached out to Jensen after having our main basement drain clogging and flooding the basement. I called in the afternoon and they were able to schedule a service date for the next day. Our plumber, Jay, arrived and he was amazing from start to finish! He was incredibly knowledgeable and shared tips with us on how to move forward after he fixed everything. Cost was very reasonable. We will definitely be saving their phone number for if we need anything in the future! Hopefully, we’ll get Jay next time too!

Nate was on time and did a great job checking and/or cleaning the furnace equipment parts needed. Nate answered my husband's questions and adjusted the fan speed when asked. We have been using Jensen Plumbing, Heating and Air, Inc. for the last 9 years and have always been satisfied with their honesty, prices and workmanship.

Nate was fantastic! He was transparent, timely and gave us all the options for our older furnace so we could make an informed and financially sound decision. I was also very impressed with the level of communication this time with Jensen's staff and the technician throughout the whole process. It had been over a year since we needed service, and communication was better this time. I never had to wonder where we were in the process.

Jensen's technician was able to diagnose the problem efficiently and in our case recommended a couple of options. He finished his work in a timely manner and our furnace has been functional since. Based on our experience, Jensen Plumbing & Heating provides great service and employs competent technicians. It was the basis for our decision to purchase a new furnace from Jensen's several years ago when it came time to replace our old furnace.
