Jeremy's Asphalt Maintenance & Striping

Jeremy‘s Asphalt originally did my driveway in fall of 2023. Within months the driveway was already cracking in several places. Jeremy did come out and fill the cracks. Fast forward over a year, and we had some damage on our driveway due to heavy trucks, not necessarily this company‘s fault. However, it exposed that the asphalt was not installed the way it was supposed to be. I have had several contractors out and each have mentioned that the base was not done correctly and some spots are extremely thin as it was not poured to the thickness we paid for. We found one damaged area that is only about an inch thick, when we should have had 3 inches. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and left everything looking perfect. Our lot looks brand new, and the striping is sharp and professional. This company was hired by our Homeowners Assoc. Their work is very poor quality. We called them 5 times and could not get a return call. I posted a review on Facebook and the next time I called I was able to speak to Jeremy. He agreed to come and look at their work the next day. He did not come, nor call and when I called again he did not return my call. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
