Jerriers oil burner service

My hot water tank blew up. Called this guy to get it fixed and he came the next day. Not only did he come and fix my hot water tank. He was kind enough to call the manufacturer and have it replaced under warranty ! He saved me about 700$ off the tank ! He even went to Home Depot to return my old tank and pickup new one. I also had a small request to have him move my hot water tank back to gain more room inside the basement and without out a hesitation he said not a problem. If you seen my hot water tank from the previous guy compared to how Paul did my tank. It was like night and day on how more professional this was installed. He added bricks so it was not on the ground and added a plastic pan Incase of future leaks. If you want super heroes working in your house.

Paul Jerrier from Jerrier’s Oil Burner Service had installed a new furnace in my home in the dead of winter in 2019. We had a 2 year old son at the time, and Paul was working as a contractor for a different local heating company. Fast forward to a couple of weeks ago, and my wife was given Paul’s number by the former owner of that local company. Our furnace needed servicing since the burner kept locking out. Paul responded quick to my message regarding a quote to check out my water heater / install a new one. While doing so, he was nice enough to spend a couple minutes going over my system as well as made sure that it was working to its full efficiency. Highly recommend. My experience with Jerrier's was short. I called to make an appointment to get a quote for a new oil burner. I don't know who I spoke to but he seems very agitated. I made an appointment for a few days later @ 9 am. That morning i waited until 10;30 before I called. He answered sounding frustrated and saying he's busy. Not knowing if he was still coming I mentioned that I would of appreciated a phone call to let me know. He abruptly hung up. I believe it was Jerrier but not sure because an owner of a service business should not be rude and disrespectful. Very unprofessionally and not someone I would ever do business with or recommend to others .Many other Oil Burner Services in the area.

Responded to appointment message immediately, arrived on time and very professional. They went above and beyond - found a hidden issue and fixed it immediately. Pricing very reasonable. This was my first experience with them, and I will be a repeat customer. I highly recommend Jerriers.
