Jerry & Michael's Appliance

1 star because it is required to write a review. I hear to say, never do business with this company. Choice Home Warranty assigned this company to my case and that’s how I got to know this business. Michael came over with his son on their way home from Oakhurst to measure the shelves. They collected their $100 service fee and they’re supposed to get me a replacement for the glass shelving for my refrigerator but they never came back. I tried calling them several times to check the status but no response. It’s been 5 months and it’s time to report them to consumer affairs.

Good luck bad experience, 👎 Horrible communication. Does not care about your time. 4 weeks later still doesnt show up even after multiple appointments have been set.

Waiting since November 5th for refrigerator repair. Have had over 12 appointments just for them to never show and only called 1 time to actually say not coming. Use someone else for sure. They were assigned by choice warranty ended up canceling contract when they didn’t show after the 5th call with choice to get fridge repaired

Wish i could leave negative star reviews. They were scheduled to come out on a day and showed up over 2 hours later than the latest time they were suppose to be there its been over a week and they haven't submitted the diagnosis to the insurance yet. They were assigned again by the insurance to do a job on a different appliance and were scheduled today to come out again. I texted them the day before and even throughout the day today and never got a response until after 3 pm (window to be expected to arrive is between 11-3 photo to prove) stating that they would be here the next day not the day that they were asked to be here. Extremely unprofessional, not prompt, and lacking communication. They left one appliance 1/2 done and the next not even touched and with the 2nd appliance much needed

Don't waste your time with these guys. Unless you have nothing to do with your days and are ok with waiting around for the service call to show up for the appointment. Time means nothing to these guys. Wish i could leave negative star reviews. They were assigned by my home warrantee. They were scheduled to come out on a day between 11-3 PM they ended up not showing up at that time. They called me around 3 stating that they will be there around 4:30..... well they didn't show up until 5:20. I rescheduled and wasted my whole day and lost a days worth of work waiting for them to show up and spend about 30 min on my appliance and stating that they had to get another part and send the diagnosis out to the insurance company to get approval and come back out.... well here we are over a week late
