I cannot say enough about the team lead by JP and Amber with Jerry Minor Restoration. After an 85 foot tree fell on our home during a tornado, the team was on site the next morning and began to pack up our belongings...with the tree still wedged in the roof above their heads!. Other than a lunch break, every person worked tirelessly from the time they arrived until they left. JP and Amber were patient, empathetic, respectful, and listened as we processed our shock and angst. They honored our special requests and were careful with our fragile items. The company will also take care of the mitigation (removing all the wet sheetrock, flooring, and damaged items), and will return and unpack our belongings when the house reconstruction is complete. My house was struck by lightning with caused a fire and I worked with Jerry Minor Cleaning & Restoration at the beginning and end of my construction. They were extremely professional and accommodating! They did great on the demo and clean up and saved as many of my personal items as they possibly could. The rugs and larger furniture that needed cleaning was cleaned perfectly! Better than it was before the fire! Helping me move back in, I ran into conflict with my contractors who were the absolute worst, and Josh Minor was able to get my things moved back on the day he said he would overcoming the numerous obstacles that the contractors put in our way. If Jerry can't clean your carpets, it can't be done. Quickly too and they smell sooo good!

I am beyond impressed with this company. I was referred by my insurance agent, Jaclyn Klein with Alfa, and called late last night which was Christmas Day. They told me they would call me back in the morning. I got a phone call before 7:30AM and they were at my house by 9:00AM with a full crew, boxes, and plastic bins. They worked hard all day and made so much progress. While the water damage to our home is devastating, having such a quick response time in these professionals makes a rough time better.
