This is a Christian based company. They run their business with integrity and honesty. They did excellent work. We had a few glitches due to things outside of their control, but my septic is in and running perfectly. I just love the aerobic system. So happy!! Thank you, Lord, that there are still people out there that run their businesses in a way that honors You!!! Tracy, Diana, Ross, and so many others that I had the pleasure of working with. Thank you! They have also had to come back twice to fix things for me (that I messed up on) and came out right away and got things resolved.

Very upset with this company. They messed up and delivered a septic tank to my property per the order of the contractor I hired without getting payment from him. Then shockingly the contractor ran off with my money and never paid them. Now they are placing a lien on my property to get paid when this was their mistake to begin with. If they were good people they would just come take the tank back like I have requested because it is not even installed, it is sitting in a whole in the ground. They keep refusing because they have the “legal right” to place the lien. This does not make it right. The only reason they will not come take the tank back is because it will cost them money to come get it. It is easier and cheaper to just place the lien.

I had a septic tank installed 9 years ago and just recently a storm shelter. The crew that came out to install the shelter was friendly and did a great job with the installation. We bought this shelter at a benefit auction, and after a little bit of wet weather it was installed. Jerry's Excavation is a top notch locally owned and operated company that is committed to providing quality work and their involvement in helping their community is second to none. Highly recommended.

Regarding installation of raw water line for Ketchum Water Department. Although utilities were appropriately marked, they did not respect the boundaries and proceeded to dig through utilities lines -then did not notify utilities of what had happened and had someone else reinstall/reattach cables so it would appear that things had not been disturbed. Still had to take a day off work, call utilities to make an appointment, to come out and make repairs.
