The technician, David, was extremely knowledgeable aa well as very intelligent. He communicated extremely well both by phone and in person. He was able to "McGyver" the broken cartridge on the hot water side of our upstairs shower on Saturday afternoon into the off position which allow us to turn the main water back on in the house, early on Saturday afternoon. He was able to go to the supply house and acquire a pair of NOS replacement cartridges early Monday morning and basically rebuilt our 40 plus year old shower early Monday afternoon. David was an excellent mechanic aa well as a real gentleman too. I rate his service at 5 stars.

I needed a new water heater, and they didn't waste any time. They went and picked up the new unit and had it fully installed within two hours. The whole process was seamless, and the pricing was very reasonable. Highly recommend for anyone who needs reliable, fast plumbing service!

The installation service for my new furnace provided by Jerry’s Plumbing was top notch. Jose and Juan were professional, friendly and meticulous in their work. I particularly appreciate that they took extra care to not damage the drywall or molding around the opening to my attic. I would highly recommend them.

We had a furnace replacement through our home warranty, and they sent out Jerry’s. Armando was so nice, and very professional, he asked lots of questions and did a thorough investigation. It was determined it needed replacing. Jerry’s and the home warranty rep communicated in a very timely manner, and the furnace and all the necessary parts arrived very quickly! We were able to schedule the install at our convenience, and Armando and Jose arrived bright and early for the installation. They kept us informed about the roof work, when they needed gas and the breaker shut off, etc. Both Jose and Armando were so nice, and really knew their stuff!!
