Jerry responded quickly to my late afternoon call and had me send pictures of my water heater with measurements. He was able to come out the next morning and do the work. Only had to suffer less than 24 hours without hot water. Jerry replaced broken water heater with new AO Smith in two hours and everything looks and functions well. I would call Jerry again next time I need a plumber.

Hi, I highly recommend this Plummer. I received a quote at 12 noon and they arrived in 1 hr on time. Two very polite and skilled technicians. I paid for a new water heater and installation and I was highly satisfied. They even advised me about a defective valve and I chose to replace that also with minimal charge. They carted away the old tank. Luv them and they even endured my chatter and questions with a smile. Give these guys a raise! This was an emergency service and they came the same day. My regular home heating service was not able to give me same day service. Thank goodness these guys were there!

Jerry and his team are professional, friendly, and on time! They have serviced the boiler in our coop and also worked in individual units. Jerry is completely transparent on what repairs are needed and the pricing. He did the disconnect/reconnect for my new gas range and also installed a new kitchen sink faucet and valves for the hot and cold water lines. I felt his prices were fair and everything was done quickly and neatly. Absolutely no problems or need for a call back. Highly recommended!

Jerry recently repaired one steam radiator in our apartment and replaced another one. He showed up early for our initial appointment to give us an estimate, wore a mask and shoe covers, was courteous and efficient, clearly explained the work he would do (and why), and provided an estimate. He and his team returned later that very morning to do the work: everyone was once again courteous and efficient, and communicated clearly with us. They finished the work incredibly quickly with minimal disruption and did a great job. I would recommend them without hesitation!

Jerry's installation work is beautiful. His price was fair and he has a wealth of information that he offers for free. He is my plumber now, I wouldn't bother calling anyone else. He even came back a month after installation to help me correct a noisy pipe issue and he did not charge me. That is above and beyond what most companies would do.
