Jerry's Septic responded to my call immediately on the weekend. I was unable to contact sewage company I normally used. Prompt arrival, diagnosis, and septic pump all done within a couple of hours. Ben was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and most of all...affordable. He took his time to explain things and you would not know he had been there because of the care and neatness of his cleanup. I would recommend Ben to anyone and don't plan on using anyone but him from this point on. Thanks Ben!

Exceptional service and arrived on time! Professional and friendly and took care to leave site like nothing had disturbed the area. Very nice truck and no mess. Price was fair and I got business cards to share with neighbors who get the same letters from York County reminding us of this required service. Ben was excellent! He was punctual, professional, and even explained the process to me in detail. We had a bit of an issue trying to locate our septic tank because our property is very .. interesting, but he was able to locate it and take care of it within a few hours. Highly recommend this company!
