John and hunter did a great job installing our hot water heater. Very nice and personable. I will say that I paid top dollar for the hot water heater install and removal. $3,100 to be exact. If ur on a tight budget call around for sure

TLDR: Lied to me about pricing, didn’t fix issue, and won’t honor work without the threat of an inspection charge. Call ANYONE else. (waited over a week for a call back to try and make this right before posting this review) . . Called Jersey Boys out to replace a wax seal on my toilet. For starters, they charge an $85 inspection fee just to come out if you decide to not move forward with work (which is completely understandable but will be important later). Guy came out and said it was $500 to JUST pull the toilet alone (insane), and said I would get $250 of that back if the repair was $1000+. However, after he quoted $1100 to replace the flange that was rusted out, he said that I’d only get the $250 back if it was a $2500 repair. I really wanted to review Jersey Boys Plumbing because Hunter was really professional, asking questions to know how to serve us better and understand what was really going on, he took the time to lessen and then took the appropriate action. It's nice having business that do the job as promised. You got what you paid for. So I recommend for sure!

Jersey Boys Plumbing is by far the most reliable company in our area. We had frozen & burst pipes in our crawl space after these recent freezing temperatures. We called multiple local plumbers over the last few days and were extremely disappointed in the lack of response, direction, or help we received from the others. Jersey Boys fit us in without hesitation. John & Andrew responded with courtesy and professionalism. They explained the issue the found and quoted us a fair price to resolve. They were able to fix our pipe during the first visit and set expectations for our next steps. When everyone else falls short, Jersey Boys handle business. Thank you John, Andrew, Chris, and the rest of the boys.

John, Hunter, Alex, Dan and Frank came in to do my brother and sister in laws sewer line. I got to tell you, they came right in at 7am and did awesome work, completingat 3pm! They were professional, courteous, and any questions they had no problem answering. Thank you guys for your hard work and professionalism!!
