Nothing but headaches from this company. They built a front deck for me with glaringly obvious mistakes, thankfully *I* decided to pay an accredited outside surveyor to look over their work when it was 50% "done" and the most egregious errors as follows: 1. Used wrong type of screws, NON-structural 2. They installed the ledger board directly over the vinyl lap siding 3. They used *NO* flashing 4. The beams do not sit properly on the posts 5. They did not use standard stand-offs for the posts, and just stuck the posts right into wet concrete which makes the posts act like a funnel for moisture 6. They were instructed to build a 9x7' deck, and instead built a 16x7' deck. When this was pointed out they tried getting me to pay for the full cost even though it was clearly their mistake, I told

Jersey Craft came and laid down some new stone stairs that are not only structurally safe, but they look fantastic as well.
