It is unacceptable for anyone to damage or deface another person’s property. Access to this parking garage is intended to be limited solely to tenants and residents, yet security and enforcement are lacking. I would advise against spending $180 per month on this facility due to ongoing issues with vandalism and theft, which have gone unaddressed by management. Despite the presence of security cameras, management has been unresponsive and unwilling to cooperate with either tenants or authorities when footage is needed to investigate incidents. Many residents, including myself, have experienced property damage—scratches, graffiti, and other forms of vandalism—despite paying specifically to store our vehicles in a secure environment. People drive through here at high speeds loud music, zero care of passengers. My car was vandalised in this garage. Horrible neighbourhood.
