Jesse was amazing! We stopped getting hot water and had a plumber come out twice to fix it... But the plumber couldn't figure out what was wrong and charged us a gazillion dollars to tinker with it. We were about to replace our water heater when we had Jesse come take a look. Jesse was very thorough, thought about our entire plumbing system, and came up with the solution in no time. It was a simple fix and it turned out there was nothing wrong with our water heater! He saved us thousands of dollars. He was a pleasure to work with and very easy to communicate with.
