The team worked with me to arrange a time as we were having new roof and siding . I wanted drive done after the other do the dumpster would not damage fresh driveway seal. All cracks were sealed, good coverage of driveway. Great product and service

Communication and ease of working with Jet-Black is why I gave them 2 stars. They were very responsive and friendly. However, we are unimpressed with the quality of work. Initially, it looked nice (aside from the one side looking uneven) but after just two short months, it’s already cracking and there’s holes in areas of the driveway. We know we need to maintain it often but did not expect it to be this way already only two months in. We plan to go with another company in the future.

Beyond Terrible Experience with Benjamin Herzog, Owner of Jet-Black of St. Cloud (Would give 0 stars if possible) I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with Benjamin Herzog, owner of Jet-Black of St. Cloud. Here are the main issues I faced: Poor Communication: After receiving a quote and deciding to proceed with the job, I had to reach out multiple times to initiate the scheduling process. Despite being assured that I would receive communication within a few days, this was not the case. Last-Minute Rescheduling: I received a last-minute text from Benjamin stating that he overbooked and needed to reschedule. After confirming the new date, I heard nothing further from him until I reached out regarding the issues I experienced. Lack of Notification: On the reschedule

We asked for a quote weeks ago and barely got a call back. When we finally did, we were rushed into scheduling. Our Monday appointment was canceled last minute, and we rescheduled for Wednesday morning. They never showed up. When I texted, the owner brushed it off saying the guy was “out and about” and promised to call back with an arrival time. That call never came. I called and messaged several times with no response. No one showed up, no one followed through. After seeing other reviews about their poor work and bad service, I’m glad we didn’t waste any more time with them.

Great job sealing my driveway. I had some concerns when the initial coat was applied, so expressed my concerns to the owner. He stood by his word and re-sealed the driveway. Jet-Black's work is good, but their integrity and word of honor is un-matched. I will use them again and tell all my friends!
