Stay away. License is expired. At first John seems nice. He came and did a very small job. Then once I hired him for a bigger job he took the deposit and then canceled 3 times. Gave me the runaround for weeks about returning my deposit. Never got it back.

John is a great guy and a really good contractor to work with. Don’t believe everything you see on the Internet because it’s a shame people use these platforms to try to ruin somebody’s livelihood with false information. I know that I’m very happy I finally found a great contractor to work with who’s very thorough and takes a lot of pride in his work. That’s what people are missing these days.

John responded very promptly to my request to clear up snow/ice and did a great job with a reasonable price.

John is very kind from the beginning and throughout the job. John was asked to come in and drywall a utility room and finish with spackle and paint with the paint I showed him. John rushed the job in two days with a finish that looks like my 7 yr old did it. John promised me it would be fully completed in 2 days and I trusted him. The spackle job is atrocious. There are many areas that need more work. He also messed up my floor and had no care. Never again. He gets one star and there is reason his rating is 2.9. Please be careful with him. He wants your money only but doesnt want to complete the work in quality and make a customer happy. I refused to bring him back for sub standard work. Do better. Terrible job.

John from JET Construction is fantastic for all your construction needs. We requested an emergency fix for water damage in our basement. He quickly replaced the wood paneling and corrected the water ingress areas. He is responsive, reliable and fairly priced. He truly treats your home as his own. Highly recommend!!!
